Job summary

Smart4Sciences in Corwen, Wales, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead CMMS-driven maintenance at an AgriChem manufacturer. You will implement CMMS across the site, shift the team toward preventative maintenance, contribute to RAMS, and supervise engineers on a day-to-day basis.

Experience with CMMS is required, SAP is desirable, and the role involves working in a regulated environment such as COMAH. Training in CMMS usage will also be part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in relevant engineering discipline.
• CMMS exposure.
• SAP exposure desirable.
• Experience in a COMAH or similarly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimisation of a CMMS across the site.
• Drive transition to preventative maintenance using CMMS tools.
• Contribute to engineering documentation (RAMS).
• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of engineers.
• Support training in CMMS usage.
