Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is representing an engineering-led organisation in Ammanford seeking an Engineering Supervisor to manage a team of engineers on a 4-on/4-off days and nights pattern. The role focuses on maintenance, reliability, and production support.

The successful candidate will supervise 8 engineers, drive improvements, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts. DOE, with a competitive benefits package and on-site working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Engineering Supervisor position.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Effective communication skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to conduct planned and reactive maintenance on various equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the shift and attend any leadership meetings.
