We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Engineering Supervisor to join a fast‑paced food production site in Doncaster. If you’ve got a sharp eye for maintenance, know how to lead from the front, and enjoy the buzz of keeping a factory running like a well‑oiled machine, this one’s for you.

The role at a glance:

• Supporting the Engineering Manager to ensure machinery, equipment, and systems are running at peak performance.
• Leading your team through preventative maintenance and repair work—without disrupting production.
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards like a boss.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting internal and external audits.
• Being the go‑to person for troubleshooting and technical decision‑making.

What we’re after:
