Job summary

Copello Global is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for Aerospace Parts Production to lead the engineering team in a precision-driven environment. The role focuses on taking products from concept through client delivery while overseeing the CNC manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, ensure adherence to aerospace standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise milling and fabrication across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling on 3–5 axis.
• Estimating and costing experience preferred.
• Experience within aerospace or high standard manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Titanium, Aluminium, and Steel.
• Experience with milling or fabrication.

Role Overview

To lead Engineering Department and take products from inception to client delivery, while managing the CNC manufacturing process.

• Experience with CNC milling in 3, 4, 5-axis and CNC turning.
• Previous estimating and costing experience preferred.
• Experience within an aerospace or high standard manufacturing environment.
