Site Based Supervisor
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Integral UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 76 Southbank, a striking redeveloped office building located along the River Thames in London’s vibrant Southbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities, including statutory property responsibilities and reporting issues identified by client consultants or insurers via the Riskwise or Elogbooks systems.
The Supervisor will work closely with the Technical Support Manager, contribute ideas, and deputise in their absence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Integral and Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures on site, referring conflicts to the Contract Manager as necessary.
- Support the Helpdesk Administrator in planning PPM labour, including out-of-hours work, scheduling reactive tasks, and ensuring the effective completion of all maintenance work, either through colleagues or subcontractors.
- Ensure recommendations from servicing are addressed promptly.
- Assist in distributing work to team members based on capability and capacity.
- Follow quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are implemented as per the quality manual.
- Provide technical support to the team.
- Prepare quotations for additional works when required.
- Supervise additional works on site, ensuring full compliance with site requirements.
- Prepare and provide documentation related to CDM works.
- Conduct regular site audits and resolve any exceptions found.
- Ensure best purchasing practices using nominated suppliers.
- Comply with Integral’s Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures as outlined in site plans.
- Carry out site PPM works as cover for annual leave or sickness.
- Deputise for the TSM in KPI meetings or similar.
- Attend monthly WIP meetings to understand the financial aspects of the contract as part of career development.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the TSM.
