Qualifications

  • Proven track record in engineering and fault finding role in FMCG environment.
  • Experience in managing teams to deliver strong results.
  • Good understanding of HACCP principles and ideally IEE qualification up to 18th edition.

Responsibilities

  • Minimize machinery downtime through proactive maintenance.
  • Improve equipment performance while ensuring product quality.
  • Engage and motivate the engineering team.
  • Lead the asset care program to maintain and prolong asset life.
  • Hands-on approach in repairing and optimizing equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities effectively.
  • Manage crisis incidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Enforce discipline and grievance procedures.
