Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise engineering team members during rotating day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency
  • Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring all machinery operates smoothly and reliably
  • Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on your shifts
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance and address any technical issues promptly
  • Encourage team development through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Document all maintenance activities and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly in production settings
  • Proven leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to engineering operations
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
  • Induction Week: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
  • Shift Pattern: Rotate with a 4 on, 4 off days & nights schedule
