My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their site in Norfolk. You will be working with an extremely successful FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment.

Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise engineering team members during both day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency

  • Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery operates smoothly and reliably

  • Promote a safety first culture by ensuring adherence to H&S regulations

  • Collaborate closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance

  • Encourage team development through coaching and leadership

  • Document all maintenance equipment and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement


Requirements


  • Experience in engineering leadership role - ideally within manufacturing or food production environment

  • Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, particularly within a production setting

  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to engineering operations


Panama Shift Pattern


  • Week 1 - 2 days, 2 off, 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

  • Week 2 - 2 off, 2 days, 3 off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

  • Week 3 - 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

  • Week 4 - 2 off, 2 nights, 3 off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
