Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, is seeking an Engineering Science Senior R&D Consultant to tackle complex business challenges with scientific methods and cross-functional collaboration across industries.

You will lead proposals, drive tailored solutions, mentor junior staff and grow Capgemini's computational science capabilities. Hybrid working and security clearance (SC) are part of the role, with opportunities to impact digital transformation for clients.

• Providing expert consultancy to clients using scientific approaches and industry experience to solve their business problems and enable digital transformation particularly in R&D and Engineering units
• Leading proposal activities to create compelling, value-driven offers for our clients
• Leading project teams in gathering and analysing client requirements to develop tailored solutions
• Preparation of client deliverables including presentations, reports, and documentation
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of Capgemini's computational science capabilities
