Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Programmes, you will identify risks, manage mobilisation phases, monitor progress and remove blockers to ensure successful outcomes. A background in engineering and PM certification is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• 2+ years in a technical environment (desirable).
• Experience with development of value propositions, MVPs and POCs.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Data analysis and KPI/reporting experience.
• Degree level or equivalent.
• PM certification (APM or Prince2) or willingness to obtain.
• Technical acumen: architectures, integration patterns, enterprise technology landscapes.
• Customer-focused with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Strategic Programmes and quickly learn new tools and methodologies.
• Assist in mobilisation phases of strategic projects with engineering and delivery teams.
• Identify technical and operational risks and mitigate them.
• Execute mobilisation phases ensuring smooth handover to Service Delivery.
• Track progress and blockers and elevate issues to keep projects moving.
