A leading recipe box company in Warrington is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead automation projects and ensure compliance with high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG and significant knowledge of engineering regulations. This role offers a blend of remote and onsite working arrangements, fostering inclusivity and flexibility.

Based in Warrington with frequent travel to other sites including Spalding, this role works remotely sporadically. Office hours working pattern.
Reporting into Head of Engineering Projects and Innovation, this role forms part of our Engineering team in the UNBOX tribe. Unbox's responsibility is delivering boxes to customers; the goal here being a high quality unboxing experience that is sustainable. We strive to ensure quality, accuracy and scale through automation and innovation.
The Engineering Project Manager will bring a wealth of Automation and Fulfilment experience to the Projects team. With a proven background in launching innovative projects and seeing them through to delivery. A subject matter expert in electrical, mechanical automation, systems, AutoCAD drawing understanding, proposals and designs. A strong cross-functional communicator. You will deliver and implement projects; responsible for plans, budgets and execution.
You’ll be a Strategic thinker who can balance short- and long-term goals while assessing risk, with a focus on sustainable, high-impact results. A true Project Manager you will oversee site activities and prioritise. You will use your communication skills to engage and influence, as well as network to build key relationships.
