A leading automation company in North Yorkshire seeks an Engineering Project Manager to manage and deliver various engineering projects. The successful candidate will oversee project lifecycles, collaborate with clients, and mentor internal teams. Essential qualifications include a degree in engineering and at least 2 years of project management experience. Due to continued growth, Labman is looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic, professional, hands‑on Engineering Project Manager to deliver turnkey projects of up to £3m to our clients worldwide. They will successfully manage teams of like‑minded engineers to ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard, on budget and on time. The projects are varied and at times challenging, but you will have the support and input from an experienced Labman team.
They will also facilitate and mentor the internal development of Labman employees in alignment with sustainability and expected future growth demands.
This role is for an experienced Project Manager; the projects you manage will vary in application and complexity. Depending on the scale of the jobs undertaken there will be times when you are managing multiple projects and teams. Your involvement will span the full project lifecycle from initial conception to successful delivery and continued support.
