A specialist engineering business is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee installation projects and ensure quality delivery. The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, provide technical leadership, and liaise closely with clients. Responsibilities include project management from enquiry through to final documentation, with a strong focus on Health & Safety. Competitive salary of £50,000 with benefits including a bonus, pension, and ongoing training opportunities.
Salary to £50,000, bonus up to 10%. Pension, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, holiday purchase scheme and up to 5 extra days leave with service. Ongoing training and development opportunities alongside career progression. Office based with occasional travel throughout the UK.
Reporting to our Technical Director, the Engineering Project Manager will provide technical leadership and support operational teams. You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary installation projects, liaise with clients, and work closely with subcontractors to ensure delivery is safe, efficient and of the highest quality.
This is a varied role combining engineering project management, operations support and continuous improvement. You will act as a key link between clients, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring successful outcomes from customer enquiry through to aftercare.
