The role requires leadership, customer focus, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture across the CS3 line of business. Hybrid work and UK travel are a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Lead and deliver engineering projects across Typhoon and Tornado export & product support.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer delivery focus and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary UK-based engineering team.
• Ensure governance, compliance and delivery on time and to budget.
• Represent Eng. department in internal and external meetings.
