About You

Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.

5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high-tech equipment.

Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.

Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven organisations.
