Job summary

Active Silicon in Langley is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to own delivery across our engineering portfolio and establish a structured PMO. You will shape governance, processes and disciplines, turning complex technical requirements into delivered programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will balance technical, commercial and operational priorities with a hands-on, senior leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programmes.
• Experience establishing or improving PMO processes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the PMO framework, governance and project management standards.
• Lead project planning from initiation to completion and provide visibility of milestones.
• Balance technical, commercial and operational priorities with senior stakeholders.
