Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst to drive operational excellence using data analytics, forecasting, and performance management across Services Flow, IWOCS and Brownfield Controls teams.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Digital teams to support demand planning, resource management, and strategic initiatives, while leading KPI development and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.
Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with enterprise tools (SAP, Oracle, RealTrack, Primavera, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) through regular reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Lead global demand vs. capacity planning, including headcount tracking and risk mitigation.
Track and analyze Services Engineering costs, utilization, and productivity metrics.
Maintain and optimize productivity KPIs and dashboards.
Support digital initiatives to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
Build cross-functional partnerships to address challenges and implement corrective actions.
