Job description
Job Title: Engineering Office Manager

We are currently working with a well‑established engineering company who are looking for a Engineering Office Manager to join their team based in Sevenoaks. You will be responsible for supporting the engineering team and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure internal processes are followed in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineers' daily tasks and project updates.
  • Communicate ship dates, delays, and approvals with customers.
  • Issue engineering forms, O&M manuals, and chase project documents.
  • Raise IORs and order internal/external parts as needed.
  • Manage daily job schedules and filter calls to support team focus.
  • Maintain compliance with company processes and manage the Holiday Calendar.
  • Coordinate training visits, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Provide professional customer communication via phone, email, and Teams.
  • Produce reports and documents using Word, Excel, and Outlook; maintain databases.
  • Sage 200 experience is a bonus.

  • Experience supporting Engineers.
  • Confident with scheduling and working under pressure.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and strong IT skills.
Desirable
