• Proven engineering management experience within FMCG or beverages.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality systems.
• Confident leading technical projects internationally.

Responsibilities

• Attend plant start-ups across EMEA for supplier qualification.
• Oversee line trials and monitor filling line performance.
• Support OEMs on new plant builds and machinery installations.
• Develop and maintain packaging standards and safety procedures.
• Lead engineering projects across the regional team.
• Travel regularly to maintain product integrity.
• Manage data input for BOMs and support system updates.
• Assist in resolving product or packaging issues.
