IG Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for Pricing Technology to bridge technology and business teams, shaping a bold technology and digital strategy. You will partner with Trading, Risk & Compliance and other IG functions to deliver customer-loved products and services at scale.

You will lead a mixed team across geographies, drive architecture and modernisation initiatives, and champion a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership with a track record across technology platforms.
• Experience designing technology strategy and architectures, software engineering & IT leadership.
• Demonstrable use of technical knowledge and commercial acumen to influence business strategy.
• Experience managing teams globally and across IT disciplines, identifying and nurturing talent.
• Experience with AI-first engineering practices including End to End AI Spec driven development.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial, business and technology strategy into actionable product and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure day-to-day technology services within Pricing Technology are fit for purpose and aligned to IG risk appetite.
• Influence Core Technology leadership and contribute to IG Group Technology leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation across Core Technology and IG as a whole.
• Communicate a compelling vision to attract top technology talent.
