Qualifications

• Proven line management experience delivering complex projects successfully.
• Background in Mobile App development, preferably in Platform or Developer Experience space.
• Experience growing engineering teams and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Support team career development through coaching and performance management.
• Engage in technical deliverables like features and application monitoring.
• Manage hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and clear bottlenecks in the process for team success.
• Work with Product and Leadership to focus on high-value projects.
• Own the team’s technical roadmap and negotiate with Product for project prioritization.
• Ensure technical deliverables are met and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify areas of improvement for technology to support growth.
