We’re looking for an ML Platform Engineering Manager to lead the team that builds the systems running our AI models. If you enjoy solving big technical problems and want to help bring AI research to millions of users, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of backend engineers focused on AI and ML infrastructure
• Work with researchers to turn AI model prototypes into real products
• Build systems that run our AI models quickly, reliably, and at scale
• Make decisions about how to design and build these systems
• Help your team grow by mentoring and supporting them
• Ensure our systems work well for both developers and users

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• 1–3 years managing engineers or leading technical projects
• Experience building and scaling backend or platform systems
• Strong skills in cloud services, APIs, and system monitoring
• A track record of leading technical projects from start to finish
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Some experience or interest in AI model serving or GPU infrastructure is a plus
• A degree in Computer Science or similar is helpful
