The Role

As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team.
• Deliver the planned maintenance (PPM) programme.
• Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new processes.
• Oversee CapEx projects and achieve KPI targets.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage key stakeholders.
