• To manage and carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
• Ownership of the engineering department
• Overall budget control
• Drive scheduled maintenance across facilities and maintenance
• Put new processes in place
• Drive continuous improvement
• Monitor KPI's
• Manage stakeholders
• Cost saving strategies
• Capex project work
