Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/process industries.
• Experience of implementing continuous improvement programmes.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/QHSE qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team ensuring compliance with QHSE policies.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance and corrective works.
• Manage approved suppliers and ensure timely procurement of parts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support retention of site accreditations.

Skills

Proven management experience of industrial maintenance

Strong knowledge of operational maintenance boilers/steam systems

Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills

Ability to motivate teams and deliver results

Education

Degree/HND/HNC in an engineering discipline or time-served apprenticeship
