• 8+ years of experience with a construction management or general contractor organization.
• Experience managing a lead engineering role for large projects over $75M.
• Healthcare or complex project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all engineering processes.
• Train and educate project team on procedures.
• Facilitate project meetings with staff and owners.
• Manage RFI process and prepare front-end documents.
• Foster a positive work environment to engage team members.
