Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for the Gaming, Developer and Future Technology group. You will lead a team of 5-8 engineers, balancing management with technical engagement, driving delivery and engineering excellence across PlayStation platforms.

Role focuses on people leadership, team effectiveness, and collaboration with PlayStation Studios and distributed teams worldwide. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years pf experience in engineering management or equivalent technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mid-level to senior engineers.
• Stay close to technical work to support engineering decisions.
• Enable predictable delivery by clarifying scope and blockers.
• Translate objectives into practical team plans with leads and TPM.
• Represent engineering judgement in planning discussions.
