Job summary

Spotify’s Experimentation product area seeks an Engineering Manager to coach a skilled, distributed engineering team across Europe. You will shape delivery, mentor engineers, and uphold a culture of quality, curiosity and speed.

You will provide technical guidance, set high standards for craft, and enable autonomous teams to iterate, learn and ship confidently. This role blends leadership with hands-on coaching to grow talent and deliver impact.

The team you will manage is a skilled and highly engaged group of engineers that are distributed over Europe. As an Engineering manager, you will coach them individually and as a team, maintaining their strong team culture and helping them thrive and and grow. Your technical experience provides mentorship and guidelines to the team, which ensures quality and timeliness of your deliveries.
