A leading agricultural company in the UK is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers at their Enstone site. This role involves ensuring compliance, managing maintenance activities, and overseeing budgets while promoting a safe and effective team culture. The ideal candidate will have substantial engineering qualifications and experience in process-related manufacturing, offering a robust salary plus benefits including a discretionary bonus and pension contributions.

Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire, UK
Contract and Shift details: Permanent – Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs per week (Flexibility is required)
Package includes Salary from £60,000, plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, including discretionary performance related bonus, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.
Are you an experienced and hands‑on Engineering Manager? We are looking for someone with a strong history of managing and developing a team.
This role is based at our Enstone site in the heart of the Cotswolds, with occasional off‑site development and training opportunities at our Peterborough head office and or other sites within the business.
