A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking an Engineering Manager for Electrical Systems to lead a team in delivering cutting-edge power systems. The role involves managing technical documentation and engaging with clients while providing mentorship. Barrow-in-Furness / Filton – (Hybrid: 2 days a fortnight in Barrow, 1 day a week in Filton, dependent on business needs; also a requirement to visit other sites in the UK regularly)
Up to £61,967 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Working on the UK’s next‑SSN design that incorporates technology from the UK, Australia and the United States, you will be part of the Electrical Power team responsible for defining the system elements required to feed into the submarine design and build process, including design documentation, spatial modelling and build outputs. This role will provide you with an opportunity to travel to various locations throughout the UK, including BAE, customer and supplier sites. Relocation support packages are offered across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
