A leading engineering firm is seeking an Engineering Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering (Control & Instrumentation). Responsible for mentoring a team, coordinating transversal engineering activities, and ensuring successful project management. Candidates should have a relevant STEM degree and Chartered Engineer Status. This role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working options.

Circa £60,000 (Commensurate with skills and experience)

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of PMS C&I Transversal Engineering activities to include Operability/Operations, Product Safety, Product Security & Information Assurance, and Through Life Support. Reporting to the Principal Engineering Manager, the role supports the planning, integration and monitoring of engineering activities and associated transversal process execution across multiple engineering delivery teams at multiple levels of system and software design. This includes coordinating the demonstration of the integrated PMS alerts management functional design and HCI/HMI solutions to ensure process adherence.
