The Continuous Integration (CI) team makes Spotify Engineers lives easier by providing a CI platform, removing the build-package-deploy complexity. Our CI systems are crucial infrastructure and a key enabler for Spotify Engineers to quickly ship secure, high quality code!
In this role you will lead the team that ensures that the CI platform runs 24/7, enabling millions of builds every year supporting our Engineers to test and ship code no matter where they are in the world. Historically consisting of multiple systems, we are currently going through a consolidation phase into one to support all disciplines.
You are accountable for the engineering direction and implementation for the team, collaborating across various engineering areas and partners throughout the organization. You'll support a team of dedicated software engineers to help them grow and excel in their roles and deliver the team's commitments. We are an amplifier for productivity, quality, and innovation across Spotify.
