The role is office-based five days per week during probation, with the option to work from home one day per week thereafter; requires a degree in infrastructure engineering and status as an Incorporated Engineer in Civil Engineering or
circa £79,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus car allowance or company vehicle

We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Information, Engineering Manager to join our Sellafield IDP project.
You will lead engineering support to the nominated HOCHTIEF Sectors / Projects, serving both the work winning and project delivery teams with the following key objectives:
You will provide the lead assurance role in design, construction, commissioning and handover for the projects under their responsibility and undertake the duties of CDM Principal Designer.
You will be required to the latest engineering developments, technology, innovations, methods and best practice in permanent and temporary works ensuring they are considered, developed, communicated and implemented both at bid stage and during construction.
Please note that this role will be office based 5 days per week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.
It is essential that you are degree qualified in an infrastructure engineering discipline and are an Incorporated Engineer in Civil Engineering or similar approved by Principal Engineer.
You must have previous experience in a similar role for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor and will have relevant substantial construction and design experience.
Understanding of the Conditions Of Contract and of the specific Contract additional clauses or contract amendments is critical.
You must be familiar with Client engineering policies and procedure and with the relevant stakeholder and other approval authority procedures while understanding of Client gated project process, site licence conditions and Client platforms / applications.
