Job summary

Ata-Recruitment-Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a major UK food manufacturing site in Cornwall. You will lead a large engineering team, drive change and improve reliability.

The role focuses on developing technical capability, reducing downtime and increasing OEE, with relocation support offered. Monday–Friday hours and a competitive £75,000 salary plus benefits.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager ready to drive change within a major UK food manufacturing business?

We are looking for a strong engineering leader to improve team performance, develop technical capability and challenge established working practices.

About You

You will be an experienced Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager or similar, with a strong background in manufacturing engineering.

You will have:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and Team Leaders.
• A track record of delivering change management and performance improvements.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience improving reliability, downtime and production efficiency.Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
