Co-op Insurance in Manchester is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, coach and support engineers across multiple teams and technical areas, building strong relationships with colleagues as you grow engineering capability and career paths. You’ll help deliver high-quality digital products and services for our members and customers.
We offer a hybrid working pattern with home working and monthly office days in Manchester, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
£65,000 to £75,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre (hybrid / remote working, splitting your time between home working, and coming into our Manchester office around once a month)

We’re reshaping our Digital, Technology and Data function for the future, creating new opportunities, strengthening our capability, and building clearer, more resilient ways of working so we can deliver even better services for our Co‑op, our colleagues, members and customers.
As part of this, we’re looking for Engineering Managers to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and support skilled engineers across a range of teams and technical areas, building strong relationships with these colleagues as you go. You’ll play a big part in developing engineering capability, nurturing career growth, and working alongside leaders from across Co‑op to build a strong, connected engineering community.
