Our client is now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team in Letchworth Garden City, leading a talented group of engineers while remaining technically involved in innovative product development.

About the Role

As Engineering Manager, you’ll take responsibility for both technical leadership and team development within the engineering department. You’ll guide design and development activities, oversee project delivery, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role – you’ll still be expected to engage with design, review technical work, and contribute your expertise in electronics.
