Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (.NET / Azure) to lead a team delivering enterprise-grade integrations across CRM platforms and core business systems. This hands-on leadership role combines people mentoring with technical direction and code reviews.

You'll shape integration strategy, drive CI/CD and cloud-native solutions using .NET and Azure, partner with Product and Architecture, and ensure scalable, secure services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with proven people leadership while remaining technically hands-on.
• Strong technical background in C#, .NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations between CRM platforms and core business applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services including Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management and Event Grid.
• Experience designing REST APIs, event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll mentor engineers, drive technical direction, perform code reviews and remain close enough to the technology to contribute when needed.
