Flo is hiring an Engineering Manager in London to lead a squad building privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience. You’ll guide architecture, drive delivery, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into impactful features. The role requires 6+ years coding and 4+ years leading engineers, with a strong product-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or ObjC/Swift.
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams.
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures.

Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
