Qualifications

• Significant experience in people management, with at least 2 years spent leading engineering teams through performance reviews and goal setting.
• Strong technical background as a Software Engineer with ability to build user-focused products at pace.
• Demonstrated success in team building, including hiring, onboarding, and supporting the personal growth of colleagues.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, managing local and remote engineers to deliver high-impact projects.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Design, and Operations to influence the broader roadmap.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead, build, and grow teams of world-class engineers, taking responsibility for their technical execution and impact through ambiguity as we scale. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically 3 days in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across various platforms. You will report to a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director, helping to shape the future of our three-sided marketplace.
