A well-established engineering firm is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Scotland, primarily in Glasgow and Aberdeen. The role involves leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Pension + Life Insurance + Flexible Working

In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams across several operational sites, ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement projects. You will work closely with senior management to implement strategic engineering initiatives and support the rollout of best practices across all locations. Regular travel between sites will be required.
