Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers and related staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Support capital projects and budget control.
• Enhance equipment reliability using best maintenance practices.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including maintenance.

This role is based in the area of Lutterworth in close proximity to the M6 and M1 giving fantastic access from the surrounding areas of Leicester, Rugby and Coventy.

Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:

• Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
• Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
• Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
• Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines
