We’re looking for an Engineering Manager on our site in East London, to lead our talented maintenance and engineering teams. You will be overseeing a team of 10-12 split across the engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a state-of-the-art facility, drive improvement projects, and make a real difference for our people, our business, and the planet.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the engineering and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee all site maintenance activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability of plant and equipment
• Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
• Drive continuous improvement projects, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and performance
• Manage engineering budgets, assets, and reporting in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production efficiency and site performance.
• Support the ongoing development and training of engineering staff.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in an engineering leadership, supervisory, or management role.
• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering
