Qualifications

  • At least a degree qualification in Engineering or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching young people, with industry experience valued.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage young people.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality lessons to Level 4 Apprentices.
  • Develop programmes and HTQs to meet the needs of Food and Drink learners.
  • Create a positive classroom environment, engaging learners and positively managing behaviour issues.
  • Assess and mark student work, prepare materials, and conduct tutorials and workplace assessments.
  • Maintain high standards of education and training within the PMC department.
