Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a long-term temporary role at a reputable Further Education College to teach engineering at levels 1-3. Candidates should have a Level 3 (or higher) in Engineering and recent industry experience, with a strong workshop background. A teaching qualification is desirable; industry professionals moving into education are supported.

Deliver engaging theory and practical Engineering lessons across Levels 1-3.
Teach core engineering principles and practical workshop skills in a safe, industry-standard environment.
Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students to achieve their qualifications.
Maintain workshop equipment and ensure all activities are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
A Level 3 qualification or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Recent industry experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong workshop experience with the ability to demonstrate practical engineering techniques.
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, although support may be available for industry professionals looking to move into education.
Competitive hourly rate of £45 per hour.
