We’re seeking an Engineering Leader to drive programme execution, team performance, and customer engagement within our UK operations. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, delivery, and business growth—responsible for building high‑performing teams, managing technical programmes, and identifying new opportunities with key customers.
Pay Range: £60,000 - £100,000 DOE
Performance Software is engaged in the design of real‑time embedded software and hardware. This includes avionics and space‑exploration applications such as synthetic vision cockpit displays, flight management system guidance and navigation, platforms, submarine control panels and datalink applications. Our customers are both commercial and defence‑related avionics and rocketry suppliers/manufacturers.
