Job summary

A global leader in real estate services is looking for an Engineering Lead HVAP based in Fareham. You will lead engineering teams, manage costs related to maintenance, and ensure that critical systems meet SLAs. The ideal candidate should have qualifications in electrical engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations required.
• Experience in data centres/critical environments preferred.

Engineering Lead HVAP

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and allocating tasks to engineering team members
• Managing costs related to maintenance activities
• Ensuring critical systems (data centres, computer rooms, etc.) meet SLAs
• Operating change control and dilapidation plans
• Providing technical reports and emergency response support
• Monitoring utilities and environmental programmes
• Supporting audits and statutory compliance
• Liaising with EHS specialists to ensure safety and compliance
• Escalating urgent issues and maintaining documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, C&G)
• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – Essential
• Experience in data centres/critical environments – Desirable
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and environmental monitoring
• IOSH or equivalent H&S training
• Excellent communication and supplier management skills
• Experience with BMS Controls, HVAC, UPS, and Critical Cooling – Desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
