American Society of Civil Engineers in Chelmsford is seeking an Engineering Geologist to join our award-winning ground investigation team. You will contribute to geotechnical and geo-environmental projects, conduct site visits, and help manage client-facing work.

This role offers progression toward chartership, full training, a competitive salary, pension, and company vehicle. Based in Essex, you’ll work within a seasoned team on exciting projects while developing geotechnical project management

Qualifications

• Background in geotechnical and/or geo-environmental engineering.
• Based in or near Chelmsford with willingness to travel to sites.
• Ambitious and keen to progress toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical and geo-environmental site visits.
• Assist in project management and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to report writing.
• Support in handling client facing responsibilities.
