• Strong practical knowledge in mechanical assembly, fitting, hydraulics/pneumatics, and maintenance support.
• Excellent communicator with a mentoring mindset.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assess apprentices in Engineering Fitting/Mechanical Assembly/Maintenance Support.
• Coach, mentor, support and develop apprentices on a 1-to-1 basis.
• Plan and conduct workplace reviews and practical skills assessments.
