Eaton's Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international engineering career. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.

What you’ll do
  • Program duration: Two years
  • Rotations: Two unique twelve-month assignments
  • Engineering functions: embedded systems, power electronics, software, mechanical design - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
Qualifications
  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (software engineering, computer science, electronics/electrical engineering, power electronics, embedded systems, systems engineering, etc.) with a graduation date no later than August 2026
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
