Job summary

Telent Technology Services Ltd is seeking an Engineering Director - Highways to shape and deliver the engineering strategy for major highways programmes. You will define delivery approaches, optimise resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant, on-time delivery.

You will build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and drive innovative solutions while collaborating with bid teams to strengthen Telent's market position in highways technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading medium to large technology or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and lifecycle governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior customers and suppliers.
• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
